Why would the Fraternal Order of Police call me?

I was just sitting here doing some homework. The phone rang, this guy asked if my dad was here. I said no, (he's at work) and if I could take a message. He said he was with the New York Fraternal Order of Police and he would call back. What could this possible be about?
