Can fraternal twins have identical facial features?

Yes they can be almost identical like they can be completely different. I am a fraternal twin and me and my sister are very different but I have a neighbour who has fraternal twins and they are identical, the same can happen with two brothers or sister, they could be identical even of they are different age, it all depends of the genetics.
