Fraternal Twins or Identical?

So I'm obviously writing a book, and my main character is a twin. Her sister has a weight issue. Is this possible with identical twins? One is more outgoing than the other, and one claims to be prettier, but could i still make them look exactly the same? Thanksss. If you dont know, which way do you think i should go?
