On a pair of kings, is this possible?

Ok, so I was browsing the Internet and came across the Disney show, a pair of kings. I read the description and it says that they are fraternal twins. I googled an image of them, and (not being racist) one is black and one is white! I was wondering if there is some story in the show that allows that to be possible ( example: the black dude is really not is twin ) and also, is that even possible?
